Beginning April 1st 2024, I will no longer be in the valley coaching. The Cardio-boxing will continue to run each Tuesday and Thursday from 4:30 - 6:00 at Midland Fitness. Thank you all for your support thru the years in this valley!
All Valley Boxing is proud to be a 501c3 non-profit organization. We strive to provide a supportive, inclusive environment for competitive and non-competitive boxers. In addition to boosting your strength and cardio, boxing improves a number of skill-related parameters of fitness, including balance, coordination, reactivity, and agility
It’s a killer total-body workout that’s sure to get you in fighting shape. That means everything from your core to your arms to even your brain (those combinations aren’t going to remember themselves).
We’ll work on fundamentals to include the correct stance, footwork, proper punching, head movement and balance.
Workouts will vary each time with added HIIT (high intensity) training and include the use of heavy bags, speed bags and mitt work.
